Happy Birthday Jeremy!!

Jeremy and I have a long standing pact that we will never announce in a restaurant the others birthday, therefore, never being sung to in a restaurant. However, we have never said anything about our blog so I am going to take a few minutes and wish him a very happy birthday.

Jeremy turned 34 yesterday February 10th. I have been thinking about him so much the last couple of days and am so filled with love for this great man I am married to. This April we will celebrate our 10th Anniversary and I have to say that he has done everything in his power to make me feel special for so much of that time. He is a great husband and provider for our family. He is such a great example to our boys of what a real man should be. He is known by our boys as saying, "Heavenly Father trusted me to raise you boys to be men and that is just what I am doing." I am sure that is why we have only boys because he is such a great example in a world that is often confusing when it comes to gender roles. Jeremy loves to have fun with his boys. Some of the fun things he likes us to do together include camping, rock climbing, motorcycle riding, and hiking. He really is every boys dream dad. Most important of all Jeremy is a great priesthood leader in our home. He is so good about reminding us to read scriptures at night and always makes sure we have family prayer. He takes his calling as a primary teacher very seriously and is such a good example to the boys he teaches there. I will be forever thankful to have met and married such a wonderful man. Here are a few of my favorite pictures of Jeremy over the past couple of years.

Of course we totally agree with every word you said about Jeremy.

He is a great example to us and we love him so much. His great smile, wonderful laugh - so many memories--getting Jenny's head un-stuck - out of the railing when his dad couldn't...riding his tricycle at 15 months--riding his big wheel to Mignon's- putting six bikes/scooters together for Christmas for his Dad- always a great helper and so much fun!

He has always had great taste- he chose a wonderful wife who is his best friend, such a fun mom and a GREAT daughter in-law!! We love you!

That is so funny that he and Cyrus have birthdays so close together. Happy birthday! Too bad about the restaurant pact though, you get free dessert!
